During Mr. Sterner's approximately 25 years at IBM, David held multiple positions in various locations with responsibilities including managing the implantation and execution of a nationwide Quality Project Office; managing the team that sold and supported communications products to IBM's largest commercial customer; managing teams that performed many technical support functions; and providing many technical support and marketing services.

David was Vice President of Custom Software for UniFi. Prior to UniFi, David was Product Manager for several key products that performed automated unit testing and stress testing of clients' systems.

David served with the U.S. Army's Computer System Command where he developed a computer science curriculum for internal education. David has received numerous awards and honors for his business results. David has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.
