Web Downloads
4-1: What is the purpose of "Web Downloads"?
Web Downloads is available in the Standard Edition.
Web Downloads allows the user to search the web and select text from a web page
to be included as a document.
This allows the user to find additional items on the web and immediately creates a new
document within the Document Summary System for summarization.
You should select the text that you desire from the web page by highlighting it with the mouse, and then select the "Copy Selection" and "Add Selection" buttons. This creates a new document with the selected text.

4-2: What happens if a PDF is shown in the browser when using Web Downloads?
The PDF may not be directly brought into the Document Summary System using the "Copy Selection" and "Add Selection".
The PDF may be brought into the Document Summary System by saving the PDF on your system using the Save selection. Then, the PDF may be included using the Add Document function.

4-3: What happens if a popup is started by a selection on the web page being viewed?
The information on the popup may not be added directly. You may "copy" and then "paste" the information into Word or Notepad, "Save" the document on your system, then load it as any other document into the Document Summary System.
